I’m Max, a mechanic, designer, and maker based in the Pacific Northwest. I enjoy solving practical problems through CAD, 3D printing, mechanical work, technology, and experimentation.

Many of my projects begin with something I encounter at work or in everyday life. I sketch an idea, build a prototype, test it, find what does not work, and continue improving it.

I also enjoy learning about whatever catches my interest, even when it has no immediate connection to a project or practical use. Sometimes the goal is simply to experiment, explore unfamiliar ideas, and play with new knowledge for its own sake.
